At DANKO we pride ourselves in being able to meet the demanding schedule of tenant fit-up both during base building construction as well as post completion.
This includes demolition, foundations for masonry construction, pouring of mezzanines, pour back of plumbing and electrical trenches, construction of high tolerance machine bases and equipment pads, as well as the efficient pouring of dock leveler pits utilizing our own forming system which allows the uninterrupted pouring of up to four dock stations.
